Promo gift cards never received after 5G Home Internet installed

I switched to Verizon 5G Home Internet in July of 2023. Was promised (via Chat - which I printed out) that I would receive a $200 Hone Depot card and a $100 Verizon gifted card. Was told to wait until November 2023 to call back and request the cards be sent. (Had to wait because they thought I would cancel after getting the gift cards) 

After I called back I was told it can take up to 2 months to receive.  Of course I patiently waited and nothing happened.  Called back and the representative apologized profusely and said he would put an upgraded request for the cards and  gave me a $50 credit on my account. 

Great! Right? Wrong!  Another couple of months go by still nothing. Call back and get an overseas representative, that I can barely understand. On the phone for 45 minutes while he checks with a supervisor (who I cannot speak with). Here we go again. He apologizes profusely, says this should be resolved shortly and assures me I won't have to make another call, Gives me another $50 credit.

Here we are over a year since I switched and still no promo gift cards received. I've had Covid 3 times since I started this process. I now have long Covid and I don't need this constant aggravation.

Why can't Verizon keep there promises? Why the constant run around and lack of follow through? Why can't we speak with a supervisor or responsible person who can take care of the problem and follow up to be sure we received our promised cards?

Any suggestions? Thanks!
