I went to verizon to check out the home internet. The young lady convinced me to sign up because of a promotional they were having. If I signed up for the home internet I would receive a $200 home depot gift card or a pair of glasses that have a camera built in. After being with the company for 2 months, I reached out about the gift card and they said the promotion has changed. They advised me to reach out to support to have then honor the original promotion. This is my first experience with Verison and I feel tricked and lied to.

I have the same issue. Promotion was for wayfarer smart glasses or a Home Depot gift card. When I reached out to Verizon I was told that I would receive a email to redeem the offer. Itโs been over a week and I havenโt received any email. It appears to me that Verizon is trying to attract customers using b@it and switch tactics. The website is purposely difficult to navigate when trying to access offers. Iโm considering filing a consumer protection complaint. Iโve been a Verizon wireless customer for years and have never had this much of an issue.

No there is no offer there. Iโve tried my phone and my desktop. I was told I would get an email
