Redeeming for Nintendo Switch

I  purchased my home internet last week but I’m not seeing where I can redeem for the NS? 

i went down to make the most of your plan and I’m not seeing a redemption tile?

You'll need to wait 65 days from the activation of your 5G Home Plus service in order to be eligible to redeem your Nintendo Switch. Once those 65 days pass, and your account is in good standing, you'll see a redemption tile you'll be able to click and choose between the Switch or the Home Depot gift card.

I have reached the 65 days and I see do not see a way to redeem.

Heloaf, we want to make sure you're able to redeem. You should have gotten an e-mail letting you know when you would be able to redeem. You'll need to access your My Verizon app or the My Verizon website and head down to "Make the most of your plan" in your account page. Please take a look and let us know if you have any problems.

Heloaf, there's not a 'link' to click but a section that should appear in My Verizon. I'd recommend checking while signed into a browser. When you get to the main My Verizon page after signing in, you scroll down a bit to the 'Make the Most of your Plans' section. A tile for any elgible promotions related to an equipment purchase will be there. 

 

Also, to confirm, did you purchase a 5G/LTE Home Verizon Home Internet device, which receives cellular service? Or are you using Verizon residential/Fios home services?
