Why am I not receiving return kits with return labels?
8/12 Original  return kit-no label 

8/13 Live Chat - Couldn’t figure out how to send return label 

8/13 Tried UPS - USP system said order #  was invalid 

8/13 CS sending kit with label-not received 

8/22 Went to Verizon Store-Rep called CS , requested kit with label

8/29 Live Chat CS-given expected delivery dates of 9/2-9/3 for kit with return label -not received 

I JUST NEED TO RETURN EQUIPMENT BEFORE 9/7 so I don’t get billed
