So i recently tried out the Verizon 5g home internet plus and unfortunately for my area and the number of devices I'm using at the same time it did not work out. I have already canceled the line and chat representative said it would take up to 10 business days. I have not received an email with a tracking for the return kit and just want to see if that's normal. My account shows the internet was deactivated and the credit return is applied to my next bill.
