Well well well. Verizon strikes again for something that was way back n December 2024 and it’s now March 2025 and there now taking it out on my bill. I had my 5GHome Internet disconnected back in Dec they told me over and over that a return kit will be shipped to me well I never got it got on here said something still didn’t get it been thru 3 billing cycles and now they are charging me the customer for there not mine there MISTAKE for saying a return kit will be shipped over and over Verizon that’s wrong treat loyal customer been with yall 2 yrs going on 3 tho k it’s about time hang yall up out to dry move on to another service Thanks for nothing Verizon.
