Hi,

 

I have been trying to do a return for my 5G box. Have called customer seven times, and my communication has been clear. I have spent hours with different representatives saying they were going to send a shipping box. Every call, I explain the same issue and they see my notes. They see how I am still in the same predicament. I am being charged $200 for something I have been trying to fix. My last call was a hour and half process, waiting to speak to manager and line gets cut off. This was after I confirmed they would call me if call drops because this had happened to me before too. They said they would send someone to pick up the box, they would ship it, etc…no help and no clear answer.
