Returns to Fort Worth by Fed Ex paid for by Verizon, but no record in my account

We were given a FedEx shipping label from a Verizon Sugarland Texas store with this address to send back our router:
CRTC(Lonestar), 2777 E. Long Ave., Ste. 111, Fort Worth, TX 76137.
We have a POD from FedEx to show that Verizon received and Paid for, the shipment. This was August 23, 2024. As of September 11, 2024, Verizon has not credited us the $200 deposit for the router. After a 20 minute phone call to the Verizon call center, I got no help--all they said was that we had to go back to the store we originally got the mailing label from to see if they could assist us in person. We did what we were instructed by Verizon, and now it is our job to track down why Verizon says they have no record of our returned router.
That is LOUSY customer service. Why Verizon has no record of receiving the return when they paid for it, is ridiculous. This is not the first time Verizon has made errors on charges to our account and we've been customers for a long time.

jvromano, it sounds like you've done your part to return that equipment to us. I'm sorry reaching out previously didn't help get things resolved. Luckily, we can help out here as well. I'm going to send you a Private Message so I can assist, and get this resolved with you.
