Alright been going back and forth with Verizon for 3 months shy of a year concerning them giving me my promotion I FINALLY get someone that's helpful!. they send out the Xbox ....Delayed! look on line they FedEx is returning to shipper due to the address not being correct. Is this all mind games just to keep me a customer! ? Ive talked to managers and reps I see no solution to this problem at this point.
