Security Deposit NOT REFUNDED!

May 7th, I placed a 5G home Internet order, Verizon charged me $400 security deposit.

May 12th, I canceled the order.

May 12th - June 30, I went to  off-line stores several time with no help!  Calling the 800-922-0204 number twice a week every week, got the help but turned out not useful at all! 

June 30th,  it's been 7 weeks and Verizon has still NOT GIVEN ME MY MONEY BACK!

Jul 1 update: some agent at 800-922-0204 took my case, i'll wait until Jul 8 to see how things goes.

Hey. I had the same issue where I cancelled the order due to some issues on the very same day. Nothing was delivered or installed. Customer service told me that I would get my deposit back. However I still have not received it after two weeks!!
