Security issues

How can I reach a tech support person who has the ability to view my admin router logs to see ongoing security issues I am having? I have yet to find  a way to email call or chat with anyone who can do this . For context this is my 2nd router from Verizon they sent me a new router because they said my original router was compromised I'm concerned with a few things one of them  being my bandwidth usage . Currently my  bandwidth for the last hour is 4314875.54 TB. Yes that's not a error . I have 7 devices on a small home network. Obviously that is impossible . I appreciate the help

Thanks

Hello, Megan702lv, thanks for reaching out. Your security is our top priority and we're here to help in any way we can. To make sure we're on the same page, is this in reference to wireless Home Internet or Fios?

Thanks for following up. We apologize for the confusion. We want to clear things up.

Is this related to your Verizon Fios Residential account or your Verizon Wireless 5G/LTE Home Internet service?

Also is there anyone at Verizon who has the ability to view my router logs on the admin page and tell me why the WPS which I  always have disabled  frequently shows " enable wps change wps pin then it changes the pin then legacy devices connect ?
