I recently moved into my home and signed up for 5g home internet. Service was decent however a couple weeks later I received notice that a new fiber internet company was now available in my area. So I switched to that and cancelled my Verizon 5g home internet.
The fiber provider has been a nightmare, with several multi hour outages over the past couple months. I feel like Verizon was much more reliable so I’d like to switch back. However, the site says that 5g home internet is not available at my address, even though I previously had it at this same address. I chatted with an agent online and they said that it was not available because I previously cancelled my service. Seems kinda crazy that if you cancel you can never sign up again. Is there anything I can do to sign up for this service again? I’m an existing Verizon mobile customer.
