Slow Bandwidth

Just set up new 5g gateway today, Saturday, ARC-XCI55AX, but only getting about 30 down and 10 up. line of sight to cell tower through a window and my iPhone 14 gets about 400 down and 35 up. Power cycled gateway, and PC. Same results both Wi-Fi and ethernet cable. Anyway to tell if it’s using LTE or 5G?

Not what I expected from Verizon 5G home Internet. If there is no way to  increased bandwidth, please advise how to return.
