I canceled my home internet on 7/27 and it has almost been 2 months. I have contacted chat/call at least 4 times and they kept saying that I will get the kit but I never received it. I just contacted the rep and she even asked me “can you return it to the store”? Literally, your policy said we can’t. Then, the rep goes on to block me or something because then my message wasn’t going through. Why am I wasting so much time on this? And, I’m expecting to be charge $300 for it this month. This is ridiculous

Problem never resolved and nobody is helping. Will be canceling my account. Extremely disappointed that I was charged for something that’s not my fault. Terrible service!

Yes, I still have the home internet modem and I was charged $200 this month. I’m now in talks with my work to change carrier. Absolutely terrible service.

This is exactly what happened to me too. Then Verizon turned it over to collections and then they marked up my credit. Please private message me. Some other folks on the forum have provided me with ideas.

They just want your 300 dollars. This happened to everyone who tries to return their equipment.
