Target Gift Card and Nintendo Switch Promo

I am extremely disheartened with Verizon for not fulfilling their  end of their deal with the 5G Home Internet promo.  I really was not even looking for new home Internet, as I was satisfied with the one I have. But as I walked in the store to pay a bill, I was approached by an employee who really sold the 5G Internet service to me. Quite honestly,  the gift card and the Nintendo Switch  promo  (which, according to the rep, were both part of the deal and not one or the other)  sealed the deal for me.  I was told that once I activate the service, I would have to keep the service active for 65 days And after the 65 days I would be Able to claim the gift card and the Nintendo switch. That was back on March  5, to be exact. Since the 65 days after March 5, I have called at least 4 times and each time I have been told that an escalation ticket had been submitted and that I should receive an email within 5  days with a redemption code to use an the Verizon app. Now, 2 months after the 65 days, no text, no email, no redemption code, nothing! I have been a loyal customer for 17 years. I have always spoke highly of the service I have received from Verizon, because I was truly satisfied and being honest about every compliment and experience I’ve shared with people. And now I am so disappointed and disheartened by the customer service I have received and the runaround I am getting. And also from my perspective, the lies I’ve been told. I feel deceived and don’t even know if I want to continue with the service. I also have read this is an issue that Has happened with many other people and continues to happen. I would really appreciate a response back with an explanation as to why I have had to wait so long for something I was promised at a specific time and why I had to be put through all this. Thank you.
