I have been trying to redeem my offer and have until the 26th to do so, however when i go to the offers box of the boxes are grey and do not have the option to select. I have spent 2 hrs today alone on the phone with customer support and have gotten no resolution other than to keep refreshing my page and that i have until the 26th to redeem it. Can someone please provide me some help.
