I purchased 5G Home Internet Plus on 5/7/2024, and installed it. The $200 Target gift card promo was available thru 5/8/2024, and it's been confirmed that I should receive it. However, it's been days past the 65 day mark since installing my Internet, and I still have yet to receive any email regarding the gift card.
I followed all email directions, signed up properly.
When I went to pick up the router and finalize the purchase, the CSR told me I'd get an email when I get the gift card, but it's nowhere to be found.
Pretty disappointed, as I'm sure many people in this forum are.
We're sorry to read about the issue with getting your offer. Did you check your My Verizon account for the offer. It would be under Home> Make the most of your plan. ~Peter
nope, the only things that appear there are "bring your own device and save" and "our best deals. always"
