completely irritated. Was told in February that I would be getting this elusive target giftcard but that it would not even be submitted and sent out until after 45 days of use. So, I wait. And then I call in and an agent told me that he would send up the request and have the giftcard sent to my email within 12-14 days. Lo and behold, 14 days later when I call I am no longer eligible. And of course thatโs that. May have to look into a different internet/phone provider. Always thought Verizon was pretty decent to work with but this was a pretty annoying situation.
