I also was supposed to get the $200 gift card for internet change in April. Never got it. Contacted Verizon in July and was told my gift card had already expired and they’d send me a new one bc I never received in mail. Contacted them again today and was told nothing ever was done in July and they couldn’t do anything. Told me to call another number.
