Almost a year in full having great service and high speed with 5G home internet. from sept 2022 until beginning sept 2023 my service was great average around 180 down 20 up. no complaints able to game online which is the most stress i ever put on a network. since sept 2023 the service has been terrible. i never get over 10 mbps now and i have no explanation from verizon for this sudden loss in service. customer service is useless and all they try to do is sell me a more expensive plan. most likely switching if service is not fixed soon
