Third Time Asking and Never Get An Answer - When My Contract is up I Won't be Renewing

There are large tree branch lying on the cable lines . No one will cut them because they're lying on YOUR lines, and I can guarantee my tree was there way before Verizon put those lines through.
If the lines snap, or the pole breaks, someone could get killed. This is the third time I'm contacting Verizon about this and have not made any progress. Get someone out to take care of this.
I'm being proactive and reporting this - for the third time - before someone gets hurt.
None of the automated support options cover this issue.
