Trouble claiming target gift card promotion

So I got the email last night that my offer was ready to be redeemed, and I went to claim offer, it took me to the screen to choose Target gift card or Samsung Chromebook go.

 

I click on claim, and it brings me to the terms and conditions agreement, click agree and continue then it loops back to the claim page, and repeats process. 

 

Have tried both on the app and online, and can't get past that..

Jnt42, we're terribly sorry for the issues you're having. Have you tried to close out the My Verizon application and tried to redeem the promotions you're being offered?

Yes I have tried closing out the app, restarting my phone, uninstall and reinstall the app, tried on the web browser and every time it still goes from terms/conditions, I click I got it and it takes me back to the claim tile

It really feels like you all don't want us to get our promo gift card. 

I personally have explained 5 times to 5 different people my issue and then in private messages went back and forth with at least 3 different people, and got no where, and am still right where I was 2 weeks ago, but more frustrated, because I'm not getting any support in fixing the problem.

Hello, Jnt42. My apologies to hear of your experience but rest assured, help is here. I know you have been through a lot to redeem your promotion and rest assured, we definitely want to see you receive it. My apologies if  you have been asked already but when did you begin service? The reason I ask is that based on the time frame, this could be the reason you have yet been able to redeem it. Please advise.

I am having the sam issue, I called on the 23rd of May and they told me there would be a ticket made to look into it. I see here it's been brought to their attention long before I called. I'm wondering if it's intentional.

Still have not received anything about the gift card as of today. I can't redeem the tile either but I did get the Nintendo switch. I started service back in March and have waited the appropriate amount of time that I should be able to redeem the target gift card.

Thanks for following up. We definitely want you to get any promotional offer that you qualify for. We did institute a fix recently for customer's having issues. We highly recommend clearing your cache, prior to logging on to My Verizon to claim the reward.

I tried clearing the cache prior to logging in, and it is still stuck in the same loop.

Same here I'm starting to think it's intentional, is there anyone who was able to claim the $200 target gift card??
