Trying to chat with a agent for a disconnected line on a billing issue

Dear Verizon,

I am currently outside the US and have been trying to get hold of the live agent chat to verify on some billing topics for a disconnected line but all I receive is an error message on the chat function redirecting me to dial a number instead which I tried and cant get through.

Can you asssit please?
