Unable to Access Certain Websites After Switching to Verizon

I recently switched my phone line and WiFi service to Verizon, hoping for a better internet experience. However, since the switch, I have encountered a significant issue: my devices are unable to access certain websites. When connected to other hotspots or public WiFi networks, these same devices can access the websites without any issues.

Here are the steps I have already taken to troubleshoot the problem:

  1. Reset the router.
  2. Reset the IP address.
  3. Followed all troubleshooting steps recommended by the online support team.

Despite completing all possible solutions provided by the online support team, the issue still persists. This is severely impacting my daily internet usage.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues after switching to Verizon? If so, how did you resolve them? Additionally, I am considering canceling my service due to this ongoing problem. Any advice on how to proceed with a cancellation and refund request would be greatly appreciated.
