Just talked to someone on the live chat. I bought the home Internet on March 9, activate it on March 13, waited the 65 days it says I have to wait to get the Switch and my chose of gift card or Chromebook. Waited the 65 days, got my Switch no problem but can't get the gift card. Tried several times but it won't go to the redemption page. Says on the app and website, redeem by July 13th. The person on the live chat said I have to wait until July 13th to redeem. Kept saying to me rest assured and don't worry because I won't lose our and can redeem on the 13th of July. Why is this so difficult? It is available not, according to your terms and conditions, but no one and I mean no one, is helping me out. Is this how you treat 10 year customers? Promise one thing and don't do anything to help them out? I need someone to look at every conversation I have had on the live chat, see all of the different and contradictions that have been told to me and tell me when I can get the gift card and if you say July 13th, that is completely unacceptable and legal actions will be taken.
I am having the same issue. Got my switch but can not redeem the gift card.
