Unable to redeem Nintendo and gift card/chromebook offer

Today is the day I was able to redeem my offers after signing up with an eligible home data plan. The tiles for those specific promos are now no longer showing. I see others with this same issue. I hope this wasn’t just a S C A MM to get ppl to switch over 😕

We'd love some help with this issue too......we've called customer service several times and each time it's treated like we've not called before, or they put us off.  We were even told once that we had to let the offer fully expire before Verizon would do anything, which of course we know what an expiration date is..........but we are LOYAL customers with like 8 lines and a history of over a decade......  I've been using the home internet despite it's issues (and there are many)   What are OUR options?
