Unable to redeem Nintendo switch

Hello,

 

I have the email and see the redemption tile but receive an error message when trying to accept the terms  “We’re sorry there was an error when adding your….promotion to your Verizon account, please try again later.” I called customer service… but it is there not a way to just accept manually via customer service? 

I cleared my cache, logged in and out, refreshed my browser.

I signed up for Verizon internet on 6/5/24. It is now 8/23, and I have not received my offer to get my Nintendo switch. Please assist me with this.

I'm having exactly the same error. There are two promotions that I"m supposed to select from. One is grayed out completely and other one is selectable. And that's the one I want but when I select it I'm taken to agreement page and I checked on agreed and it says 

We're sorry.

There was an error when adding this Nintendo Switch or $200 The Home Depot Gift Card promotion to your verizon account.

I also am having the same error when attempting to redeem a Nintendo Switch. I check the agreement box, after selecting the Nintendo switch and then recive the error on the next screen. Please help with redemption.

I’m having the same exact issue. I tried speaking to someone over chat, they said to call a number. I called the number and they had to direct me to someone else. They told me I’d receive an email today with a resolution but nothing. Has anyone gone to a store and had any luck getting this resolved?

Charity24, sorry you're having some trouble trying to redeem the Nintendo Switch. If you qualify for a cool reward like that gaming system, I want you to be able to get it. As part of that can you confirm for me what qualifying purchase you made and roughly when did you make it?

I also have this problem - I tried for the last week as my offer was redeemable the 17th and have been doing things slightly differently each time with the same error message when trying to redeem The Nintendo Switch.

Same deal on my end.  I click the tile and see some gibberish ##RD## on the make the most of your plans tile, then I'm redirected to the redemption page which is trying to add some google product to my cart.  It says nothing about picking Home Depot or Switch, and clicking it just says "There was an error when adding this promotion to your verizon account".
