Unable to upgrade phones due to home internet cancelled pending order

So Ive been trying to preorder new phones but I can’t because of a canceled order that happened a month ago, I talked to support for 2hrs, then went to a location for 3hrs and now im on the phone again and it seems like theres not one competent person that can help me.
The home internet I got at a store after I cancelled the previously mentioned order also shows that is not registered/activated but it is working, but since it’s not “registered “ I can’t get my offer for $ 400 a samsung appliance
anyone has any idea on what to do?

I know how disheartened I would be if something was preventing my preorder and I wasn't able to find help to get it resolved myself, V231.
