Same here. Only I kept getting emails saying "further documentation is required to determine your eligibility for VZ Forward. I submitted everything they asked for and eventually got a message that I'm not eligible. It didn't say why. I can't reapply because it says something to the extent of, "you already applied and were denied."
I'm with you, I got the same emails from VZ saying that all ACP accounts would have the Forward discount automatically applied.

I signed up for Verizon Forward and was approved as well. When I do what the email says my only option it to get a new VZW 5G Home Internet even tho I already have one. How do I go about adding the Verizon Forward I was approve for to the plan I already have?
