VERIZON FORWARD DISCOUNT NOT BEING APPLIED AFTER ACP EXPIRATION!

Since funding for the Affordable Connectivity Program has ended, Verizon is charging me the full price of my 5G Home Internet Plus plan!

I was on a chat today (06-10-2024) with a Verizon representative for over an hour in an attempt to find out why I am not receiving the Verizon Forward discount. He was unable to assist me, except that he provided a link to apply on my own. I advised him that this didn't make sense since I was already approved and receiving the Verizon Forward discount. So, why do I need to reapply and wait up to two (2) billing cycles to receive a discount that I was already receiving?
 
After clicking the link the rep provided me to reapply and answering the questions, I received a message at the end stating, "We are sorry. Your transaction cannot be processed with the information provided. You can still get your Verizon plan."
 
Also, I read on Verizon's website the following:
Important: If you had the ACP discount for Verizon LTE Home Internet, youโ€™re already enrolled in the Verizon Forward Program. Youโ€™ll keep getting the Verizon Forward discount even after the ACP shuts down.
 
So, why am I NOT receiving ANY discount whatsoever?? My household is extremely low-income, we receive federal assistance, and I am a disabled senior. I am very confused and could really use some assistance on lowering my internet plan, as it is definitely unaffordable to me!
 
This is NOT what Verizon advertised once ACP ended & I need someone to step-up and help correct my account.

Same here.  Only I kept getting emails saying "further documentation is required to determine your eligibility for VZ Forward.  I submitted everything they asked for and eventually got a message that I'm not eligible.  It didn't say why.  I can't reapply because it says something to the extent of, "you already applied and were denied."

I'm with you, I got the same emails from VZ saying that all ACP accounts would have the Forward discount  automatically applied.

I signed up for Verizon Forward and was approved as well. When I do what the email says my only option it to get a new VZW 5G Home Internet even tho I already have one. How do I go about adding the Verizon Forward I was approve for to the plan I already have?
