Hi
I'm having the issue which keeps dropping VPN connection every 10 minutes on 5G Home internet.
I've been working from home by using RAS via VPN which provided by my company. It works great until this Monday.
After troubleshooting for couple days, I found out that this seems like the issue only happens on 5G Home internet.
I have a Android phone from Verizon as well and I can connect VPN via tethering for more than 30 minutes.
Because it worked for many months, seems like some kind of changes on Verizon side triggers this issue now.
Does anyone know how i can fix this issue?
Thanks!!

I forget reply to this thread. However, my problem was solved by resetting my 5G home internet router to "factory" settings.
I noticed that this problem started happening after it updated to the new firmware. My guess is that some of stale data which didn't cleared by firmware update cause of the issue.
I hope this fixes your problem too.

We're sorry to read that you're having issues with your Home internet while using a VPN. What troubleshooting steps have you tried to fix the issue? Is 5G service working properly on other devices? ~Peter
