Looks like I’m far from alone here which is disappointing because it appears that Verizon refuses to identify a suitable resolution.
My first 5g router worked fine until one day it didn’t, they were quick to replace but the new router drops internet randomly. This is unacceptable especially when your livelihood (work from home) depends on having reliable internet access for zoom calls.
it will blink red at random times and generally reconnect within minutes. I can’t keep unplugging and plugging it back in as customer service suggests; this isn’t a fix for the root cause. I’ve called customer service at least 10 times in 2 weeks without any real progress on the matter.

Did you get the same router model, or a different one?

Hello, Pup2. So sorry to hear of this as I know how important it is to have working service for your work from home needs. Just to confirm, the replacement device is also having issues with connecting? Are you still at the location that was approved for the service? Any software updates available?
