Verizon 5G internet readable offers

Hello, We just switched over to Verizon's 5G home internet and have activated it in our home.  We have been trying to redeem the special offer that was available when we purchased the package.  We are able to see the option to Redeem our offer on our My Verizon page, but ever time we click on it, it tells us there was an error and they are not able to put this offer on our account and to try back later.  We have been trying all week to redeem our offer and are not sure what we are doing wrong.  Has any one else had this happen and if so how were you able to correct it?  Or is there a set or something we are missing that we need to complete that has not been spelled out for us?  Any help with this is greatly appreciated, Thank you!
