After many months of great service and performance I am now experiencing dropped internet. The gateway seems to disconnect from the internet and the service light blinks red. The only way to recover is to manually remove and restore power. The gateway will them work for an hour or so before dropping out again.
I have tried to get technical help but both the chat and call back are not functioning.
I need some help with this.

BigBlue99, we're sorry to hear about the connectivity issues that you're experiencing with your 5G Home Internet device, and we'd love to help. Please tell us, how often do you encounter this issue? How are you using data on the device when you run into this problem? Are there any other LED light indicators that you've noticed other than the blinking red light when the device disconnects?
