Verizon Forward Discount revoked after the end of ACP

Before the ACP ended I had received an email about what to expect when it ended. The email stated that my bill may go up $30 dollars which I expected but the email also stated, “Verizon will continue to offer the Verizon Forward discount to eligible customers. If you currently receive an ACP discount and keep your Home Internet service, you'll continue to get a Verizon Forward discount of up to $20 a month  - even after the ACP ends”. Well ACP has ended and my bill has gone up  $57.09. $30 because of ACP ending and apparently I am no longer receiving the Verizon Forward Discount so it went up $20 and they decided to charge me $7.09 for Verizon Forward Discount being revoked. I am just wondering why I’m no longer receiving the Verizon Forward Discount? I have already tried calling customer support many times and no one was able to help. Why would I receive an email stating I would continue to have the Verizon Forward Discount when that doesn’t seem to be true?

My ACP is also canceled. But the Verizon forward canceled at the same time. When I try to reapply Verizon forward program shows that I’m already enrolled to ACP. How can I get forward ?

From here, select Home Internet>Get Started>select New Customer/Existing Customer.

Submit the address, contact number and email address. Enter info to qualify and enroll in ACP.

Maybe I’m wrong but seems like something fishy is going on here.. It is one pathetic thing to withdraw it for no reason. It’s an entirely different thing when they CHARGE YOU a fee for withdrawing it for no reason. Same thing happened to me.  I messaged on chat and they had no answer to why it was removed and reinstated it. Still see the charge on my bill for them “revoking” It. My brother that works for the local news channel and I were talking about it. Just didn’t seem right and clearly a lot of other people are going through the same thing
