So last month the ACP ended and I knew it would because of the email I recieved informing me, nowhere did it say I would have to reapply for the Verizon Forward discount I was shocked when I saw my bill for the month...I reapplied and was accepted and talked to an agent and they said they couldn't retro my discount for the month prior...then my Brother in law shows me an email he just got giving him a credit to apologize for it not applying to his...but I never recieved one?

This entire past 6-8 months I haven’t had ACP. I didn’t ask for it to be done and I sure still qualify. I was told I have , but again it has not been on any of my bill since around April 2025..
