so last year a door to door representative knocks on my door. He told me I will get 6 months free or home internet and then $20 a month for service (with auto pay). I’ve been paying for every month $30, and the last two months went up to $80. That is not what I signed up for! AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY 6 FREE MONTHS!!!!!!! This is so frustrating, every time I call customer service I’m on the phone for more than an hour and no solution. I’m honestly thinking of just cancelling my service with Verizon because their company is deceiving it’s “customers”.
