We recently upgraded our internet to the Verizon Gateway 5G. We have had no problem connecting all of our devices except for the printer, Canon Pixma MX492. It will not connect to the router; the printer is sitting right next to the router, distance from the router is not a problem. I have tried many things over the course of two weeks. Sometimes it will connect for a day and just go offline overnight. The WPS button on the back of the router seems to be working but the printer does not find the router. I have contacted both Verizon and Canon to assist me, nothing seems to be working.
Thoughts, suggetions?
