Verizon Home Internet charges

I had verizon 5G service for about a year and found out the TMobile 5G works better at my home. So I canceled the Verizon 5G internet in Feb this year. But they still billed me for the next month. As soon as I canceled, I asked the verizon support to send me the return label by email, but they said they will mail it to my home. I've waited for some time, but the label never arrived. I called them many times and I finally reached to a  support person who was able to help me sending the return label by email. I mailed the device back to the verizon and the tracking number says the Verizon received it on Mar 13th. But they billed me for $200 for the device at the end of the month and saying they didn't receive it. I tried to call them many many times and someone was able to help me after a several days of trying. She said she verified that the Verizon received the device and she will take care of the billing issue. 

But a few days ago, I received another bill with $200 device fee plus late fee. I've been trying to reach the customer service, but the automated service keep denying my canceled number for verification since it is not active number. I've tried my address, but the automated service told me to call the Fronteer(?) to resolve this. I called the fronteer, but no luck verifying my canceled number with them. 

Verizon is making the customer harder to return and they will bill you even though you canceled the service and returned the device. I will report this to BBB as someone advised.
