Signed up for the deal in March for the gift card and Nintendo Switch spoke with 3 reps just today and they have no clue on how to handle this situation.. I’m on my last right now I love the service the phone that is but the customer service has been horrible…. Now the rep said the same thing others have said I created a ticket and I’m best the rep to help if that’s the case why the ticket … I had a rep ask me 20 or so questions about things that didn’t pertain to my issue…
