Verizon, I just cancelled my 5G home internet after weeks of trying to get you to honor a promotion for weeks. I’ve called several times over the last couple of weeks and receive different information every time.
These are screenshots from my email. 1., clearly we qualify for the promotion. The first snippet says we qualify. 2., we had 60 days to register and then once registered card would be emailed 24-48 hours. NO WHERE in this does it say we have to wait 65 days once registered to receive promotion. Everytime I call CS they want to do an escalation form. This has been wrong on so many levels, from the sales person promoting this in our doorstep, to the multiple customer service staff who just transfer my call from department to department and no one has a clue how to truly help. I have the email stating how and when we receive the promotion. No other information was provided. That was all the fine print I could find on the promotion. We have been wronged in too many ways on this.
