Verizon giving me the runaround on my $200 Home Depot rebate

Hello! I added the home internet on 5/24/24. I completed all the steps necessary and have never received my gift card. I have had at least 7 conversations with reps to no avail. Always telling me they will “escalate” to get this resolved. When I enter the tracking number on the rebate center site, it says invalid due to zip code. I have been assured during each rep interaction that I am in fact eligible. I have been a customer for 18 yrs. I don’t give them the runaround when it’s time to pay my bill. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and was declined. I don’t understand how they can push so hard to get people to add a service then refuse to honor the rebate😡 Any suggestions?
