Verizon internet connection dropping

Posted this on Windows page as well cause I'm not sure where my immediate issue lies.
I have a Verizon Home internet connection which works off of cell service. Fios is not available in my area. Well I had a gateway issue so they sent me a new one claiming the year old one had a connection issue. So I hooked up the new one last night and things seemed to be working just fine. Get up this morning and my Orbi router had been disconnected from internet along with other devices it services.
My set up is the Verizon gateway which picks up cell signal(very weak-literally one bar of service showing on the gateway) despite no dead spots on the coverage map in my area. I have that hard wired to an Orbi router on the desk and that is hard wired to my PC.
Rest of house I have an Orbi Satellite midway thru and am using my other TVs and devices in house thru the Orbi wifi network. The coverage area is too much to be doing hard wired to everything.
So to make a long story short. Is there some sort of setting that would be making the PC and other devices get booted off the internet? Is it the PC or would it be the Verizon gateway which I would have to contact them to figure out if there is some settings that need adjustment. Often I have woken up my PC and it will say "internet connection restored" like somehow it got booted off but obviously I have no idea how.
So I am not sure if it is a Verizon issue or if there is some settings to do with the Gateway that I need to have adjusted? It's getting very frustrating when you think you fix an issue and no it is not fixed. I can't be having the internet just drop and stay dropped. I have cameras linked to that service and if I am away traveling obviously I can't reset the connection like I have been having to do.

Literally was just sitting in other room on phone and suddenly it drops the connection again. Less than 24 hours after I changed the gateway. Do I need to go find another company and leave Verizon?!

Service is completely unreliable. I just changed my Verizon gateways due to connection issue and already 4 times since I changed it I've had it drop connection completely. I have a CR200A gateway. Of course I had to restart it due to having no service.

We're sorry to read about the issues with your service. We're here to help. Does this happen at a certain time of day? Have you tried changing the location of the gateway? ~Peter

It's literally 5 feet from the window. I guess my place despite it showing no dead zones on the coverage map is actually a dead or weak zone? Nothing I can do I guess. I wish fios was in my area.
