Verizon makes it impossible to redeem Chromebook Go and Samsung Ear Buds offer

Every agent in Verizon has me running in circles when I try to find a solution to redeem the Chromebook Go offer. They check if my account is in good standing, then they check if I have tried redeeming the offer in various ways (clicking the link in the email, using different browsers, using different devices). Of course it isnโ€™t going to work because it is not designed to work. How am I supposed to be redirected to the samsung website when it isnโ€™t in the code? The link for the โ€˜Redeemโ€™ button is โ€œjavascript:void(0)โ€ so itโ€™s going to give me an error every time. I demand a direct url or link to the Samsung website that will enable me to redeem the offer. If that is not possible, Verizon is definitely pulling off something shady.

Even if I misinterpret javascript:void(0) , I stand by my claim that the redirect link to Samsung is not in the website code. If you right click and select Inspect, you can see for yourself.

Absolutely impossible. You bring it up to them, they say they will escalate it, and NOTHING. Why make promises you canโ€™t keep??  ready to bring my business elsewhere.
