Verizon support phone number hangs up when calling from non Verizon phone number

Can not call verizon 5G home internet support number(800) 922-0204 from a non Verizon cell phone. When I call from my tracfone cell phone, it says that my phone is not a verizon cell phone and hangs up on me. How am I suppose to get support when having issues with 5g home internet, is there another support phone number that allows non verizon cell numbers that asks for you to enter the verizon phone that is having the issue (like it does when my IP phone is working)?

I mentioned this on two occasions to verizon customer support  when my internet was working using my IP phone.  Don't understand at all why they wouldn't always ask if you are calling about a verizon cell number and let you enter it.
