Verizon is messing up really bad. I’ve never did a survey for Verizon but if I do, it would be really really bad. The representatives don’t understand English. No one is understanding what I’m saying. I tried to get in touch with corporate no one there as well. This is not being very professional to me, Verizon is a big company so they should take care of the business a little better than this. I’m starting to hate Verizon  I need to speak with someone
