Voicemail app gone

• My visual vm app hasn't been working for 2 months. I spoke with tech support and they were going to open a ticket and get back to me.  I haven't heard from anyone and app is still not working!  This is ridiculous.   Yes I've deleted and reinstalled etc etc. I need this working!

Hello, Aztrxguy. Help is here as we know how important it is to have the voicemail work properly. Please tell us more. What is the make/model of your phone? How did you go about deleting/reinstalling the app? When you attempt to use it, what happens?
