We only had T-Mobile as an option in Sherman tx (kinda rural). And finally Verizon who we have cell phones with became available. So we gave it a test drive. It worked perfectly for the whole month that we tested it. No issues at all. So we decided to make the decision to disconnect T-Mobile and lose all our grandfathered in discounts. Literally the same day it started crashing. Couldnโt even watch a tv show. I work from home and it has majorly impacted my performance! I spoke with support who is sending me a new router. Hopefully this will help!
