What ports does Verizon Cloud work over?

Verizon Cloud will not work over my Verizon Home Internet 5G connection. I suspect because I have it in passthrough mode (I am using our eeros for NAT and wifi). My theory is that the eero is blocking the necessary ports. I have confirmed that all works well with the same computer using my neighbor's wifi so it clearly seems to be some issue with my home network configuration. Port numbers would help me!

any suggestions Verizon? customer who know more about networking than me and may have figured this out?
I am convinced that I need to change networking settings that are blocking my computer from "seeing" Verizon Cloud. There are two places that could occur - the Verizon Home Internet 5G Router or my eero. Given that the router is in "IP Passthrough" mode I think it's unlikely that it would be blocking the traffic (especially as it is a Verizon router and a Verizon service I am trying to access) so my gut is that I need to open up something in the firewall settings of my eero. If so I need help from someone more knowledgeable than I am.
