Where did my 10 yr price guarantee go?

When I signed up for Home internet I received the 10 year price guarantee ... I even have a screen shot of it on my account. Now my account shows a two year guarentee instead. Was there a bait and switch? have other users found the same?

I just checked my account and it also has changed from a 10 year guarantee to a 2 year guarantee.

Customer support corrected the error and said the correction should be there by my next billing. So far the Verizon App still show 2 years. I will watch and if it does not correct by the next bill I will contact them again. My pessimistic side gives it a 50/50 chance 🙂
