Where is my $200 target giftcard?

Where is my giftcard for signing up for 5G home internet?  I have a open ticket (#*****)  and have been told I will receive calls back or messages.  I have waited more than 65 days since activation have never received a link.  This has been confirmed by one of the Verizon customer service reps I have spoken with on the phone.  This is unacceptable to get this runaround from Verizon. When I signed up for my DSL account with Verizon (which I had for 20+ years), I was supposed to get a digital camera as a sign-up bonus. I spent years calling Verizon and the only thing I ever received were the promises that they were shipping it.

lisajoey19, we understand how important it is to receive all of your eligible promotional offers for your account. Can you share with us when you completed your purchase for this promotional offer? Have you been able to complete the redemption steps to receive the offer and it just hasn't been delivered yet or have you been unable to complete the redemption process as well?
